Banana Bread


Banana bread is an easy and healthy recipe that can be enjoyed in breakfast with a hot cup of coffee, milk or tea.

Serving: 2 loaves (12)

Ingredients

  • All purpose flour - 2 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Butter - 1/2 cup
  • Bananas (very ripe) - 4
  • Baking powder - 2 teaspoon
  • Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Eggs - 2
  • Walnuts (crushed) - 1/2 cup

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together and keep aside.
  3. Roughly mash the bananas in a bowl.
  4.  Add an egg to the bananas and mix.
  5. And melted butter and mix. 

  6. Add the dry ingredients to this mixture and mix again.

  7. Add the walnuts and slightly stir.

  8. Spread the mixture in a loaf dish.
  9. Bake in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
