Banana bread is an easy and healthy recipe that can be enjoyed in breakfast with a hot cup of coffee, milk or tea.
Ingredients
- All purpose flour - 2 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 1/2 cup
- Bananas (very ripe) - 4
- Baking powder - 2 teaspoon
- Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
- Eggs - 2
- Walnuts (crushed) - 1/2 cup
Method
- Preheat the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together and keep aside.
- Roughly mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Add an egg to the bananas and mix.
- And melted butter and mix.
- Add the dry ingredients to this mixture and mix again.
- Add the walnuts and slightly stir.
- Spread the mixture in a loaf dish.
- Bake in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
