Chicken Corn Soup

Chicken corn soup is a healthy light meal especially for the winters. The recipe is tasty, healthy and is designed keeping into consideration the controlled calorie intake for fitness conscious individuals. 

Serving: 2 to 3

Ingredients

  • Chicken with bones
  • Corn 1 boiled
  • Corn flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Soya sauce
  • Vinegar

Method


  1. Boil chicken in 4 to 5 cups of water. 
  2. Separate the bones and shred the meat into small pieces.  
  3. Add the chicken pieces back to the water used for boiling.  
  4. Slightly chop the corns and add to the mixture. Mix and cook.  
  5. Add the salt and pepper.  
  6. Add soya sauce and vinegar and cook for a minute.  
  7. Now dissolve corn flour in water in a separate container and add to the mixture. 
  8. Keep repeating step 7 till the desired thickness is achieved.  
  9. Serve with chilli sauce and vinegar.
