Chicken corn soup is a healthy light meal especially for the winters. The recipe is tasty, healthy and is designed keeping into consideration the controlled calorie intake for fitness conscious individuals.
Serving: 2 to 3
Ingredients
- Chicken with bones
- Corn 1 boiled
- Corn flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soya sauce
- Vinegar
Method
- Boil chicken in 4 to 5 cups of water.
- Separate the bones and shred the meat into small pieces.
- Add the chicken pieces back to the water used for boiling.
- Slightly chop the corns and add to the mixture. Mix and cook.
- Add the salt and pepper.
- Add soya sauce and vinegar and cook for a minute.
- Now dissolve corn flour in water in a separate container and add to the mixture.
- Keep repeating step 7 till the desired thickness is achieved.
- Serve with chilli sauce and vinegar.
