This instant and easy recipe makes a moist brownie in less than 5 minutes and fulfills all sweet chocolate cravings. The recipe uses microwave for baking which makes this an instant dessert recipe.

Ingredients
- Canola oil - 1 1/2 tablespoon [Calories = 186]
- Water - 2 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 drop (optional)
- Salt - 1 dash
- Instant coffee powder - 1 pinch (optional)
- Granulated sugar - 1 1/2 leveled tablespoon [Calories = 72]
- Unsweetened cocoa powder - 2 leveled tablespoon [Calories = 24]
- All purpose flour - 2 leveled tablespoon [Calories = 56]
- Crushed walnuts (optional)
Procedure
- In a mug, mix oil, water salt and coffee (if using) and whisk well till a smooth mixture is formed.
- Add the cocoa powder and whisk well again.
- Add the sugar and whisk well.
- Add the flour and whisk well.
- Sprinkle walnuts on the top.
- Microwave for 60-75 seconds. The time may vary according to the power of microwave. In a 1000watt microwave, it takes 80 secs for a molten form brownie and 160 seconds for uniformly cooked.
- Best served mildly warm with vanilla ice cream. Note: Brownie will be too hot when taken out from the microwave. Let it cool slightly before serving.
